YMJ-200S grinding equipment, with XYZAC 5-axis linkage function, can realize numerical control 2D, 3D pattern inversion programming, can also be programmed in manual track mode, servo motor automatically and accurately locate, spindle speed, trajectory, direction, servo output torque, Parameters such as vacuum pressure, XYZAC axis speed, time, and processing size can be adjusted freely.

The grinding fluid is equipped with automatic fluid replenishment, filtration, recycling and splash-proof device. The grinding fluid is designed to be discharged from the center of the spindle. It is connected to the spindle with an SMC high-speed rotary joint to prevent the fluid outlet pipe from being entangled when the spindle is rotating. When repairing and grinding, the temperature in the center area is too high to damage the product, and the grinding fluid can effectively reduce the temperature of the product at the same time, and can improve the qualified efficiency of grinding and repairing production.
